Project Manager, Facilities Maintenance & Projects Division
Scope of Position
We are presently in need of an individual with flexible availability who will serve as the Project Manager overseeing the Facilities Maintenance & Projects Division of Cleantec in both Syracuse and Ithaca, New York. This new position can entail a mixture of day, evening and weekend shifts.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Manage multiple Janitorial & Maintenance Projects at Customer locations simultaneously.
Prepare and maintain the monthly and annual project schedules.
Identify staffing levels needed for upcoming projects.
Partner with Human Resources on recruitment, hiring and performance of crew.
Supervise Project Technicians.
Manage work crews and track all time worked.
Organize equipment needed for each project.
Meet with Customers to determine project needs, prepare and submit quotes.
Follow up with Customers to ensure project satisfaction.
Equipment management, chemical ordering and inventory.
Additional duties as assigned and developed.
Must possess a valid Driver License.
Previous experience as a Project Manager managing multiple projects and crews.
PC and mobile app. skills to include cloud-based, MS Word, Excel.
Construction or Janitorial background preferred.
2 year degree preferred but will accept experience in lieu of.
